With twelve years of in vivo and in vitro applied pre-clinical research, his background in comparative medicine and a sound understanding of federal regulatory expectations, Dr. Royals is in position to offer clients precise, effective solutions to their pre-clinical research needs.

Dr. Royals graduated in 1987 from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science. In 1990 Dr. Royals returned to Colorado and founded Bio-Logistics Preclinical, where he continues to provide a full spectrum of pre-clinical and regulatory strategy support to the medical device community.
